    I am currently re-reading the entire Matt Scudder series in order so even though i wont get to this one for a while, i cant wait. Obviously alcohol has a role to play in the book (why else would it be on the cover?) but on a HD tablet the picture looks truly stunning. Not completely dissimilar to the latest cover of STAB IN THE DARK. My review should appear on amazon.com in a few weeks but i am sure it will receive another very worthy five star rating from me.     You’ve heard of “binge viewing” on NetFlix? Well, this is “binge reading,” and I intend to do the very same as Greggorio this calendar year. I read the entire Matthew Scudder series over many, many years, and I look forward to reading them all again — in order this time — over just a few months. What a gift these books are.
