November 17, 2018—I’m delighted to announce our audiobook of Of Shame and Joy. This entry in our Collection of Classic Erotica has never been available in audio, and now Barbara Nevins Taylor has brought the book magically. to life. The book is more romance than erotica, with a strong lesbian component, and is set mostly in Provincetown, Massachusetts, at the eastern end of Cape Cod. The time is the late 1950s. This is the first chance we’ve had to work with Barbara, and hope we can lure her into a long list of future projects…
We’ve just updated our Audiobooks page with the new listing and illustration!
I am trying to keep my library with a complete set of your books. Some are signed, some are in a lousy condition. Now I see the full list of audio books. With a good reader the book gets even better but I still think I will not try and get the list of your audio books. I hope it is OK with you.
Hi Gunnar. I know what you mean, but there are a few you might want to sample…
Hi Larry,
What audio books are you suggesting?
Oh, you know me, Gunnar. I have an immoderately high opinion of anything with my name on it. But I’m particularly fond of Robert Forster’s Hit Man, George Guidall’s Small Town, Theo Holland’s Resume Speed, Mike Dennis’s The Girl with the Deep Blue Eyes. Of course I’m far too modest to steer you to my own renditions of Keller’s Fedora and The Night and the Music
Thanks Larry,
Now I know where to start!
